Chef Dmitri
He was inspired to cook at a young age and started his apprenticeship at 16, then spent his twenties working in kitchens overseas developing his own style. Critical recognition came in 2000 when Dima was the Head Chef at one of the most prestigious Russian Banquet Halls in Toronto, Elite Grande Restaurant. Dima is also known as the singing chef! If you are lucky and you catch Dima in a great mood he will sing a song for you and your guests will swamped away. Dima was also a regular guest chef on the CTV Breakfast TV Show Atlantic Canada.
Dima is an enthusiastic chef with a real talent for sending out beautifully structured food with innate simplicity!
